The fund is a segregated unit trust fund established under the laws of the Republic of Singapore. The trustee of the fund is Amicorp Trustees (Singapore) Limited and is licensed and regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

The fund is entitled to broad exemptions from Singapore income tax on all foreign investments.

The fund is offered only to non-Singapore citizens and residents.
